MaxterHost was founded on the 18th of October, 2004, providing shared web hosting, reseller hosting, fully managed VPS hosting and self-managed VPS hosting for over a decade.

Should you encounter any problems with our service, we will try to find an effective solution in a timely manner. By using enterprise-class hardware located at a Tier III+ data center and by pro-actively monitoring our servers, we are most of the time able to achieve 100% network and server uptime. While we undertake all necessary measures to prevent downtime, we admit that outages can still occur on rare occasions due to unforeseen circumstances. Should our servers fail, we will provide you with a pro-rated credit of up to 100% of your monthly hosting fee, as per our Service Level Agreement.
